Ashtanga Deep Dive

7-Day Training

11–18 July 2026 | Morocco

This 7-day immersion is for practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the Ashtanga method or refresh and refine their existing knowledge.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding or reconnect with the practice you love, this week offers space to explore, refine, and reset.

The training is ideal for students and yoga teachers seeking more clarity, confidence, and embodiment in their practice.

Each day begins with traditional Ashtanga practice, followed by meditation, pranayama, and asana labs. We will explore breath, alignment, transitions, and presence, with space for questions, inquiry, and integration.

This training supports both personal practice and teaching, offering tools you can carry with you long after the training ends.

ASHTANGA DEEP DIVE – This 7-day immersion consists of 30 hours of focused Ashtanga practice, meditation, pranayama, and asana labs designed for practitioners and yoga teachers.

Please note: This training is not a Yoga Alliance certified program.
A certificate of participation will be provided to acknowledge your completion of the full 30-hour deep dive.

What level is required?
The training is open to all levels. Practices will be adapted to individual needs, and Mysore-style allows everyone to work at their own pace. You’ll receive personal guidance throughout the week.

Hosted at Bab Zouina a traditional Moroccan Villa

The training takes place at a beautiful traditional Moroccan villa in the Ourika Valley, just 30 km from Marrakesh.
